The protocol

Agree & Sign the contract.
Whatever the protocol is: chastity, daily ritual, enforced workout, restriction on what you wear, or eat, or say. Write down the consequences: pain or pleasure. You decide & sign off.
Submit your proofs.
Daily, weekly, however you negotiated. Photo, Timelapse, GPS location, a one-tap check-in. Your Keeper reviews on their schedule. There is no "I forgot" clause and no off-platform DM overrides the record.
Get what you deserve.
You follow the terms: good job! Maybe there's a reward: a promised picture locked in a Vault, a kind word, chastity PIN unlocked. Slip up, and feel the punishment: penalty fees charged, embarrassing picture released, cage locked.

We're onboarding region by region. Check your area — if we're not live there yet, add your name and help us bring Committd to you. Enough interest in a region and we recruit and vet Keepers for it.

Whatever the two of you agree on, written down, gated by the catalog you both edit. Mild ("write a 200-word reflection") to severe ("extra week of chastity"). What gets enforced is what's signed — nothing improvised mid-contract, nothing escalated without a fresh signature.
